Perfect location, fabulous personnel and healthy breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. Plus it was normal double and the bed was comfy. Fast check in and in general great service. Spotless and descent hotel in South Mumbai district. And just off Palladium Mall.
Facilities were sufficient, but Wi-Fi was horrible.

Approaching staff, unique location, everything was lovely. Normal double, well heated rooms and luxury bathrooms. The English breakfast was superb with plenty of food. Moreover, it was 3 km from Japan Embassy. Extra bed were not a big deal too...

All in all an appealing hotel and superb stay. Brilliant location, very knowledgeable staff, lovely beds, very very good breakfast, very good value for money. Rooms were budget and well-kept. The beach was nice. Fine check-in, fast check-out.
